It's a simple idea, but it's not as easy to become a member as you may think. One Master Sommelier could only come up with 82. Of the thousands of applications downloaded, less than 3% are completed. If you feel up to the challenge, have a look at the application!

The Wine Grape Varietal Table is a useful tool to help complete your application.

TO BECOME A MEMBER:

Simply download an application form here, in either Adobe Acrobat or Microsoft Excel format, check off at least 100 different grape varieties that you have tried, and return it to us via mail, fax or email:

•   Application.pdf (To download this form you will need Adobe Reader®, which you can download for free).
•   Application.xls (To download this form you will need Microsoft Excel®)
